The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to insert the correct the date of birth of petitioner as "20.02.2005" in place of '20.02.2006' and also insert the correct spelling of his name as "MOHAMMAD ASAD AHMED" in place of 'MOHD ASAD AHMAD' and further also insert the correct spelling of his father name as "WASEEQUE AHMED" in place of 'WASEEQUE AHMAD' in High School Marks Statement Cum Certificate - 2022 and Intermediate Marks Statement Cum Certificate - 2024 expeditiously." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation based upon the materials including the passport and the matter is ceased to the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.3 to take decision on the application filed by the petitioner in the light of the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Jigya Yadav (Minor) vs. CBSE - Civil Appeal No.3905 of 2011 decided on 03.06.2021. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
