Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. S. Konwar, learned Standing counsel for the opposite parties. 2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant, namely, Imrana Begum Laskar, for correction of the name of her father in the order passed by this Court, dated 27.06.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 3269/2024 (since disposed of). 3. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in WP(C) No. 3269/2024, the name of the father of the applicant has been reflected as Late Ashaid Ali Choudhury, but the same ought to have been Rafique Uddin Laskar, and as such, there is requirement for making necessary correction of the name of the father of the applicant in the order dated 27.06.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 3269/2024. Mr. Choudhury also submits that in support of her contention, the applicant has enclosed her Aadhaar Card by filing an additional affidavit today, and therefore, it is contended to allow this application. 4. Ms. Konwar, learned Standing counsel for the opposite parties also submits that she has no objection in view of the proof (Aadhaar Card) enclosed by the applicant in her additional affidavit filed today. 5. Having heard the submissions of learned Advocates of both sides, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record. 6. It appears that in WP(C) No. 3269/2024, the applicant has incorrectly mentioned the name of his father as Late Ashaid Ali Choudhury, instead of Page No.# 3/3 which, it ought to have been Rafique Uddin Laskar. 7. In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, it is provided that henceforth, the name of the father of the applicant/petitioner in the order dated 27.06.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 3269/2024, shall be read as Rafique Uddin Laskar in place of Late Ashaid Ali Choudhury, for all purposes. 8.
