ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not Extending the Minimum time scale in the cadre of Conductors on par with other employees in the 3rd respondent temple as bad, illegal arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to extend the minimum time scale along with all consequential benefits and allowances in the cadre of conductors and pass such other order or orders……”

2. Heard Sri D.V.Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Kappera Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments, appearing for the 3rd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of since the petitioners are getting minimum time scale as consolidated pay.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments would submit that the petitioners are not entitled for the arrears.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioners to file a fresh petition relating to arrears.
6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, if so advised for the arrears, according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
