The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the First Information Report dated 26.06.2025 in case crime No. 0115/2025 under section 115(2), 352, 324(4) BNS & 3 (1) Da, 3 (1) Dha, 3(2) Va, SC/ST Act Police Station Bhale Sultan Shahid Smarak, District Amethi, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii) issue writ, direction or command in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioners in case crime No. 0115/2025 under section 115(2), 352, 324(4) BNS & 3 (1) Da, 3 (1) Dha, 3(2) Va, SC/ST Act Police Station Bhale Sultan Shahid Smarak, District Amethi, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that charge sheet dated 20.07.2025 has been prepared and forwarded to the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, the writ his petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
