Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Liya, learned counsel for the IOC, Mr. A. Bheigya, learned Jr. G.A. for the State respondent, Ms. Jinita, learned counsel, Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel and Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the applicants. [2] Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel for the applicants, submits that the applicants are praying for impleadment as respondent Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14 & 16 in WP(C) No. 426 of 2025 filed by the petitioners as the outcome in the main writ petition may affect their rights. It is also submitted that the applicants are not filing any reply to the counter affidavit and will rely upon the counter affidavit filed by the IOC. [3] Ms. Malemleima, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that since notice has not been issued in the main matter, the petition is premature. However, considering the nature of the petition and submission made by the learned senior counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed. [4] The applicants are impleaded as respondent Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14 & 16 in WP(C) No. 426 of 2025. [5] Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the writ petition. [6] Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel for the IOC, has stated that the views of the IOC to the proposition made by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2025 in the form of e-mail sent by the Manager (Legal), IOC.
