CMP(M) No. 12 of 2025 The present application has been "led for condonation of delay in "ling the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that after the decision of the case in hand, the applicant approached the counsel for "ling the present appeal on 25.10.2024. However, the certi"ed copies of the judgment and decree were not brought at that time and the learned counsel asked the applicant to obtain the said copies. Since, the delay in "ling the appeal is neither intentional nor willful but the same has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances, therefore, the applicant has approached this Court for condonation of the delay. For the reasons, as stated in the application, it reveals that the delay in "ling the appeal is not intentional and the applicant has given plausible reason for the condonation of delay. In view of the submissions as made in the application, which is duly supported by an a.davit, delay in
