Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No. 269 of 2024, under Sections 302 IPC/103 BNS, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the co-accused Pinter @ Raheem was enlarged on bail vide order dated 4.9.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12605 of 2024. The present application has been filed though legal services. The applicant is in custody since 10.5.2024 and has no criminal history. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances and the fact that co-accused has been enlarged on bail, however, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the applicant who is in jail since 10.5.2024 and having no criminal history is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Salma be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on her furnishing a personal bond with one surety of Rs 5000 to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manoj Sahu Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
