Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondents Nos. 4 to 9 are hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 and 3 to file charge sheet against the name accused persons i.e. opposite party nos. 4 to 9 under appropriate Sections of Bharatiya Nagrik Sanhita. " 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has informed that in the present case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the supervisory authority. Since some relevant documents have not been enclosed with the charge sheet, therefore, the supervisory authority has sent the charge sheet to the concerning I.O. to enclose those documents. 5. Be that as it may, when the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record. However, it is always open for the aggrieved party to approach the competent authority/Court of law challenging the charge sheet.
