By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a Original Suit No.347 of 2024, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadipur, Sultanpur. 3. It is urged that several dates have been fixed, but till the date, the aforesaid suit has not been considered. Consequently, an expedite order be passed. 4. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2024, which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
