The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue the necessary order or directions commanding the opposite party no.1 to decide Regular suit no 1150 of 2019 Inre Gyanwati & others Versus Smt Kahkashan Siddiqui filed by the opposite party no.2 and 3 against the petitioners at the earliest as possible within the time to be fixed by the Hon'ble court as the said case is pending since 2019" 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2019, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to take appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of the suit without giving any unnecessary to any of the parties.
