Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, District- Pratapgarh to dispose of the protest application filed by the petitioner on 27.09.2024 in Case No.3010 of 2024 (State Vs. Vishwa Pratap), under Section- 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station, Kunda, District- Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2024. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No.3010 of 2024 expeditiously in accordance with law.
