Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 03.7.2025, notices could not be served despite best efforts made by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Visakhapatnam. It seems that parties are not residing in the addresses shown in the Criminal Revision Petition and the petitioner is not showing interest to prosecute the case. The Criminal Revision Case is pending since 2011. As both the parties are not showing interest, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case for non-prosecution. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.
