Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court, Sultanpur to decide the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.91 of 2018 "State Versus Rahul Singh and Others" arising out of Case Crime No.207 of 2016, under Sections 308/34, 323/34, 324/34, 325/34, 452/34, 504, 506 IPC, police station Jamo, district Amethi pending before him, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the learned Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court, Sultanpur to decide the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.91 of 2018 "State Versus Rahul Singh and Others" pending before him, expeditiously, in accordance with law, after giving adequate opportunities to both the parties preferably, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
