The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to not cancel the Antyodaya ration card of the petitioners by illegal complaining that the one supporter Pradhan as the meeting of the proceeding registered on 08.05.2025 contained as Annexure No.1 in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the Antyodaya Card issued to the petitioner has already been cancelled. A copy of the order has been handed over across the Bar to learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of the said development, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to take such action as may be advised challenging the order of cancellation, in accordance with law.
