Heard Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned AGA for the State. 2. In pursuance of the order dated 07.02.2025, today, corpus has been brought by Sub-Inspector Sri Ram Naresh, Police Station Bah, District Agra before this Court and also demand draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to the corpus by learned counsel for petitioner no.2. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is willing to pursue her life along with petitioner no. 2 being husband and wife, with her free will with sound mind. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, Sub-Inspector Sri Ram Naresh, Police Station Bah, District Agra, who brought the corpus before this Court today, is hereby directed to hand over the custody of corpus in favour of petitioner no. 2 forthwith. 5. Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj is hereby directed to depute one male Sub-Inspector alongwith one lady Constable to ensure the safe journey of couples/petitioners from Prayagraj to Saharanpur i.e. native place of petitioner no.2. 6. Sub-Inspector Sri Ram Naresh, Police Station Bah, District Agra is hereby directed to return back to his own place and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 will be escorted by police protection extended by the Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj. 7. Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj today itself by 04 p.m. for compliance of the direction as made above. 8. Till providing the security by Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate Prayagraj, petitioner no.1 (corpus) and her husband/petitioner no.2 shall be ensured to keep in the premises of the High Court at Nazarat Section. 9.
