This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i. To issue relief in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing to the opposite party No.-2 and 3 to release the surplus amount in compliance of order dated 30/04/2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ C No. 4136 of 2025 (Loutoo Ram vs Union of India) (contained as Annexure No.1) in the interest of justice." 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents since the petitioner wants compliance of order passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 4136 of 2025, the appropriate remedy would be to approach this Court under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court under the Contempt of Courts Act.
