Pursuant to that, necessary action has been taken by the Municipal Authorities and further action will be taken in accordance with law. 4.Taking note of the fact that the Writ Petition is pending for the past 9 years and got inter-twined with connected Writ Petitions and Writ Appeals, it appears that the official respondents has not taken any action effectively, till date. 5.Hence, this Court dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to complete the action aforesaid within a period of four months from today.
