Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking following main relief (s) :- "i. To allow the petition of the Revisionist u/s 397/401 CrPC (now Section 528 B.N.S.S.) and quash the impugned order dated 19.07.2025 passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Pratapgarh in S.T. No. 1979/2023 arising out of Crime No. 463/2018, under Sections 307/308/323/504/506 IPC, PS- Kandhai, District Pratapgarh, whereby the application for discharge of the Revisionist under Section 227 CrPC has been rejected (annexed as Annexure No. 1). ii. To discharge the Revisionist in S. T. No.1979/2023 arising out of Crime No. 463/2018, under Sections 307/308/323/504/506 IPC, PS- Kandhai, District- Pratapgarh." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist states that he may be permitted to withdraw the revision without liberty to file fresh with regard to the impugned order.
