The writ petition has been filed for:- “i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents authority to remove the road constructed on the raiyati land of the petitioner Patna High Court CWJC No.11115 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 under the Scheme of Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojana without any acquisition and payment compensation to the petitioner. of (ii) For further direction to the Respondents authority that if the road is not being removed from the private raiyati land of the petitioner the State Respondents authority be directed to pay compensation for utilization of the land of the petitioner for construction of road over Plot No. 105, Khata No. 402 situated under the village Bishunpur Basant, Circle Hajipur, District Vaishali.
