The delay and laches on part of the petitioner in approaching this Court has not been satisfactorily explained. It has been contended by Shri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was acquitted of the criminal charges on 13.03.2024. Mere acquittal of criminal charges by the learned trial court will not ipso facto lead to recall of the termination order. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed on grounds of delay and laches. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
