The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent in not registering any crime on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.03.2025. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.03.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 2 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 31.03.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”), if not already considered. 5.
