This writ petition has been filed challenging the FIR dated 18.07.2025 lodged in Case Crime No.0326 of 2025, under Section 121(1) BNS, 2023 at police station Khairi Ghat, district Bahraich and further not to arrest the petitioner and his family members. 4. Sri Yogesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents has produced before this Court written instructions sent by Sri Bechan Prasad, Sub- Inspector/Investigating Officer, police station Khairighat, district Bahraich dated 20.08.2025, which is taken on record. As per aforesaid instruction, investigation has been completed, Section 121(1) BNS has been deleted and charge-sheet under Section 226 BNS has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority and the same may be submitted before the court concerned very Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhishek Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
