This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i) A writ order in nature of mandamus to direct to O.P. No. 02 to 03 to issue certificate of birth for the son of the petitioner by deciding the application of the petitioner contained as Annexure no.01, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the writ petition has become infructuous as the relief claimed regarding issuance of birth certificate has already been granted by the Nagar Palika Parishad. 4. Sri Shyam Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3/Nagar Palika Parishad, Karnilganj, Gonda does not dispute this contention. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
