Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for tranfer from District Azamgarh to any one Range (Parikshetra) out of three Range, i.e. Meerut Range (Parikshetra), Moradabad Range (Parikshetra) or Aligarh Range (Parikshetra), on the ground of ailment i.e. Bipolar Disorder (Mental Disease), of his father." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same sympathetically in the light of medical treatment of petitioner's father within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
