The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to issue a direction to the learned court of Civil Judge, Haridwar to decide the O.S. No.200/2023, “Kulveer @ Bablu Vs. Atar Singh”, which is an eviction suit, as expeditiously as possible or within such time as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper. 3. In view of this Court, the prayer seems to be reasonable. 4. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the learned court of Civil Judge, Haridwar, District Haridwar to decide the O.S.
