Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "II. Direct the respondents to refix the petitioner's pay and pension by granting the second promotional scale of Rs. 1640-2900 (revised Rs.5500-9000) with effect from 01.07.2000, implementing the 6th Pay Commission correctly by replacing the scale of Rs. 5500-9000 with Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4800 from 01.01.2006, and removing the discrimination by extending the same Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/Rs.4800 as granted to similarly placed employees, alongwith all consequential benefits, arrears, and interest thereon." 3. It is submitted that petitioner's case is covered by Government Orders dated 19.07.1989, 20.10.1997 and 09.01.1998. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Director, Animal Husbandry Department (Adminiatration & Development), Badshahbagh, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
