Heard Sri Sikandar Z. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Madhukar Ojha, learned State Counsel for the State- opposite parties no.1 & 2. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.3 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0228 of 2025, under Sections 313, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/25, 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bazar Shukla, District- Amethi. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that the petitioners may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of two weeks from today and if the anticipatory Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sikandar Zulqarnain Khan, Zahir Ahmad Khan Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
