Heard Sri K. Koutilya, learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri K.H.Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State are in attendance. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that A1 died in this matter. Learned counsel would further submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, by dispensing the presence of A2 before the Trial Court. 4. In that view, the Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all her contentions before the Trial Court in her defence. The presence of the petitioner No.2/A2 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless her presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
