Afzalgarh, District Bijnor arising out of charge sheet dated 21.11.2013 in case crime no.251 of 2013 u/s 323, 354, 511, 504, 506, 420, 425 IPC, P.S. Afzalgarh, District Bijnor pending before A.C.J.M. Nagina, Bijnor, during the pendency application before this Hon'ble Court. 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 10.1.2017 subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 3.5.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 2.5.2017.
