By way of this application, the petitioner seeks to unconditionally withdraw the present petition. 2. It is noted that videorder dated 22.04.2025, it was directed as under: “22. In the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to sell existing stock of “Pimavanserin Capsules 34 mg” after relabelling the same, clearly depicting that the shelf life thereof would be 12 months from the date of manufacturing. The same would be subject to any order/s that may be passed by the Appellate Authority. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as constricting the Appellate Authority from passing any order/s as it may deem fit.” 3. It is informed by respective counsel that after the aforesaid order was passed, the Appellate Authority has considered the matter and has also passed an order disposing of the appeal.
