Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. D. Bhatt, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to the respondent No. 4 to 7 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of mandamus commanding and direction the opposite party No. 3 i.e Investigating Officer to make fair, transparent and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 256 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3) BNS Sections 67 & 68 A of I. T. (Amendment) Act, 2008 and Sections 3(1) Da & 3(1) Dha of SC/ ST Act, Police Station- Chinhat, District- Lucknow. 4. Sri G. D. Bhatt has provided instructions letter dated 21.08.2025, which is taken on record. As per aforesaid instructions, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the accused persons on 19.07.2025. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, the writ petition is consigned to records. September 12, 2025 (Manoj K.)
