Learned State Counsel, on the basis of instructions received has submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been decided by order dated 08.02.2024 in compliance of the judgment and order passed by the writ court dated 10.01.2024 has been produced during the course of argument which is taken on record. This Court by its judgment and order dated 10.01.2024 is directed to respondent to take decision on the representation of the applicant and pass a reasoned and speaking order. The relevant extract of the judgment is quoted here-in-below. "In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, the Collector, Sitapur shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him." 3. Neither learned counsel for the applicant is present to raise objection against the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case as such. The respondent has complied with the judgment and order passed by the writ Court by deciding the representation of the applicant. 4.
