THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 10754/2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is repeatedly called to the police station at behest of respondents 4 to 7 for settling the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute, and as such the allegation made in the writ petition regarding interference of police in the civil dispute is incorrect. 4. Recording the above submissions, it is made clear that the 3rd respondent shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7, without following due process of law. 5. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
