The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commencing to the respondents that they may remove the name of the persons mentioned at Serial Nos. 4 to 10 in the Family Register as legal heir of her husband namely Balvan Singh. (ii) Issue, writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents that they may not take the benefit of their name as legal heir of Late Balvan Singh." 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the impugned order an appeal can be preferred under Section 6-A of the U.P.Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Register) Rules 1970. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under the aforesaid Section of the Rules within thirty days. 4.
