Learned A.G.A. informed this Court that the names of the petitioners No. 3, 4 & 5 namely Deshraj s/o Tulsiram, Mukesh s/o Tulsiram and Meera d/o Tulsiram, residents of Village Madhwapur, Kasmandi Khurd, Police Station- Malihabad, Lucknow have been deleted and charge-sheets have been filed against petitioner No. 1 & 2 namely Sonkar Rawat s/o Tulsiram and Tulsiram s/o Late Chheta in the Court of Special Chief Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashok Kumar, Chandra Prakash Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Sonkar Ravat And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Through Principal Secretary, Home, Lucknow And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Judicial Magistrate, Customs, Lucknow on 16.07.2025. 7.
