THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in WP No.41704/2019, and this Court disposed of the writ petition on 13.06.2023, reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of approaching the Justice Keshava Narayana Committee and to avail the benefit of the observations made in W.P.No.51929/2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accordingly, representations have been given to the Commissioner, Bangalore Development Authority on 19.10.2024. However, no information is given to the petitioner either by the Commissioner, BDA or the Committee. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15353 WP No. 4331 of 2025 2. Having regard to the facts narrated hereinabove, this Court is of the considered opinion that if a representation is given by the petitioner to the Commissioner, BDA, the Commissioner is required to forward the same to the Committee to enable the Committee to take a decision in the matter. Information regarding when the representation has been forwarded to the committee should be made known to the petitioner so that the petitioner can approach the Committee for redressal of his grievance. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of while directing that the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
