Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This instant application has been filed with following prayers: "I. Issue appropriate directions to the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court/District Court, Sultanpur to proceed strictly in accordance with law in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1040/2022 under Section 125 Cr.P.C and ensure expeditious disposal of the same. II. Issue a direction to the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court/District Court, Sultanpur to ensure immediate recovery of arrears and compliance of the maintenance order dated 18.11.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1040/ 2022 under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a fixed time frame. III. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper under the circumstances of the case, also be passed in favor of the applicant. IV. Allow the petition with cost in favour of the applicant." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2022. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 4.
