The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Ichak PS Case No. 30 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(1), 192, 190, 132, 196, 299, 293, 326(f), 326(g), 324(5), 125(a), 125(b), 61 of BNS, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been submitted that co-accused, namely, Sagar Kumar Rana @ Sagar @ Sagar Rana has been granted bail vide order dated 06.05.2025 in BA No. 3736 of 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel lastly submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 06.05.2025. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the fact that the co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 06.05.2025, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail 2025:JHHC:14719 2 and accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Ichak PS Case No. 30 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall cooperate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
