Asha Furniture House Vs. Anup Kumar Nag Cr.MP No. 2544 of 2025 in Cr. Revision No. 561 of 2022 26.6.2025 Present: Mr. Anu Nag, Advocate, for the applicant/complainant. Mr. Jai Ram, Advocate, for the non-applicant/accused. Cr.MP No. 2544 of 2025 Perusal of the order dated 10.5.2025, passed by the Bench of National Lok Adalat shows that the amount deposited by the non-applicant/accused in the Registry of this Court was to be released to the applicant/complainant. Hence the complainant is entitled to the amount. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/accused has also pleaded no objection in case the amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/complainant. In view of the above, as well as the order dated 10.5.2025, passed by the Bench of National Lok Adalat, the amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/ complainant by remitting the same to his savings bank account, details of which are given in para-3 of the application.
