The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the opposite parties, particularly respondent no. 5, from proceeding with any construction activity over Gata Nos. 637, 638, and 639, situated in Gram Sabha Shyampur Naduna, Tehsil Sadar, District Bahraich. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing any resolution, order, decision taken by the Gram Pradhan or other authorities to construct Annapurna Bhawan on the land in possession of the petitioners, if any such resolution exists." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is seeking to enforce their rights, the petitioner is permitted to approach the appropriate forum for seeking enforcement of their rights, in accordance with law. 4. No good ground for issuance of writ is made out. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
