Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 3. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayers:- "i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.2 and 3 to give compensation to the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Beema Yojana on the basis of an application given by her to them. ii) Issue an order or direction in the nature Mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to reconsider the case of the petitioner for compensation by quashing the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by it. iii) Any other suitable order or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out Annexure No.3 to the petition wherein a copy of a letter dated 28.10.2024 has been annexed by which the petitioner was informed that her application for Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sushil Kumar Misra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Komal Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) compensation has been rejected on 15.10.2024. The petitioner has not challenged the order dated 15.10.2024. 4. This writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
