The Special Court took cognizance for the offences under Sections 342, 307, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SCs & STs (POA) Act as S.C.No.28 of 2023 on the file of SC & ST Court, Vizianagaram. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, while dispensing the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal petition is 3 disposed of. However, the presence of the petitioner/A2 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless his presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
