The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that the third respondent, in his proceedings dated 23.07.2025, bearing Reference Na.Ka.No.5083/2023/Aa2, has stated that the pond in question is not suitable for timber production or fish/algae lease.
