The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 8, Family Court, Lucknow to decide Case No.134/2023 (Smt. Nidhi Singh Vs. Avadhesh Singh @ Soni), within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is wife of the opposite party no.2. The applicant was expelled from her matrimonial home due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The applicant moved an application U/s 125 CrPC before the Family Court concerned on 27.01.2023 which has not yet been decided. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 5. Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State has no objection. 6. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned trial court is directed to consider and decide the decide Case No.134/2023 (Smt. Nidhi Singh Vs. Avadhesh Singh @ Soni) with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 7.
