Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The present review petition seeks a re-look on the detailed judgment passed by this Court on 6th July, 2023. 2. Counsel for the review petitioner has submitted that the findings recorded in order under review that the Court is not going to make fishing or roving inquiry and to issue directions to the official respondents regarding the transfer or the alienation of lands of various 2 deities, who are arrayed as private respondents, cannot be held to be justified. 3. We are of the considered opinion that by way of review petition an effort has been made to argue the case afresh on merits, which is not within the jurisdiction and ambit of the review petition. 4.
