[3] Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4. Hence, service is complete on all the respondents. [4] By the present application, the petitioner in WP(C) No. 92 of 2025 is praying for impleading the office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Manipur as respondent No. 4, as three reduction in the salary of the petitioner has been issued by the Office of the A.G., Manipur. Whereas, the State Government as specifically stated that they have given no instruction in this regard. [5] Considering the short question involved in the main matter, the application is allowed and disposed of. The office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Manipur is impleaded as respondent No. 4 in WP(C) No. 92 of 2025. [6] Petitioner is directed to make necessary incorporation in the main matter. [7] Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the newly impleaded respondent No. 4, prays for three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit, if any. [8] List the remaining matter on 10.09.2025, the date already fixed. [9] Respondent No. 4 is also impleaded in the pending application i.e. MC(WP(C) No. 84 of 2025.
