With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at Government Primary School Kailash, E/B Nahan, District Sirmour. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Her case is that she is a single parent of her minor daughter. Her husband passed away on 20.03.2024. Her father died on 03.11.2024. Her in-laws are aged and suffering from serious ailments. In these compelling circumstances, she had moved a representation on 04.12.2024 to respondent No.2/competent authority for her adjustment to enable her to take care of her daughter and aged in- laws. Petitioner’s grievance is that her aforesaid representation has not been considered by the said respondent/competent authority till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has mentioned four stations in para-7 of the writ petition, where she can be suitably accommodated. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above submission, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner sympathetically, in accordance with law, keeping in view the family circumstances being faced by her and feasibility of adjustment of the petitioner at the stations mentioned in the writ petition, within a period of three weeks from today.
