This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayer : " यह ककि ययाकचिननी किकी ययाकचिकिया स्वनीकियार किरतते हहए कवचियारण न्ययाययालय / कवपकनीगणणों किको कनररकशित किरनते किकी किक पया किकी जयाए ककि न्ययाययालय शनीमयानन ससिकवल जज हवयालनी (जजू०कडि०), लखनऊ किते सिमक कवचियारयाधनीन मजूल वयार सिस0-2798/2019, शनीमतनी अचिरनया उरर ममुननी बनयाम रयाम गमुलयाम व अन्य किको सिमय अवसध किते भनीतर कनस्तयाररत ककियते जयानते हतेतमु कनररकशित किरनते किकी किक पया किकी जयायते, महयानन किक पया हकोगनी।" Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Original Suit No.2798 of 2019 has been filed by the respondent no.1, in which the petitioner is a defendant no.2. In the said suit, nine issues have been framed, out of which six issues have already been decided, and the case is now at the stage of adjudication on issue no.7. On being asked from learned counsel for the petitioner whether any urgency application for early disposal of suit has been filed, he has very replied that till date, no such application has been moved by the petitioner. The present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for early disposal of the case. In case any such an application is preferred, it is expected that the court concerned shall decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and if any adjournment is unavoidable, only short dates may be fixed.
