By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, the accused-petitioners, namely, Jintu Ali and Abbas Ali , who were arrested on 04.07.2025 in connection with Noonmati PS Case No. 135/2025 under Sections 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act. 3. The allegation is recovery and seizure of intermediate quantity of suspected heroin form the possession of the accused petitioners. 4. The accused petitioners have already completed 59 days in custody and the statutory period of detention is 60 days and charge-sheet has not yet been submitted. 5. Having regard to the above, prayer for bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Kamrup(M) subject to the following condition- i) That the accused petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court. 7.
