By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 603 of 2024 (Mueenudeen vs. Sabir Ali and others), pending before respondent No. 1, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.20, District Barabanki. 3. Noticing the averments made in the petition and considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage, leaving it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for the reliefs sought, which, needless to say, shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the said Court in accordance with law. 4.
